Don, this pistol just kind of fell in my lap, I sent him my FFL this morning as soon as I get my hands on it, I’ll get some more pictures but it’s identical to that one you have . Other than the serial number.
Not trying to steal your post or anything after I ended up with it I googled it and it took me right to Don Finley on the Ruger owners and collectors you guys have a good day, David Knutson
I looked on some of those high standard Forum I guess they don’t know sent me right to The Ruger guys!

I second my friend JAYDAWG's awe at those grips on your High Standard! I can't wait to see more pictures of your new pistol.

Page from the Armamex sales catalog. 200 .22 pistols were purchased from Whitney Firearms, Inc. in the mid 1950s.
